• Supporting teachers in delivering lessons and activities
• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour control
• Providing one-on-one support to students as needed
• Helping to prepare materials and resources for lessons
• Supervising students during break times and outings

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Previous experience working in an educational setting
• Good behaviour control skills

Education:A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in education or a related fieldExperience:Prior experience working with children or young people in an educational environmentKnowledge and Skills:

• Ability to control a classroom and manage student behaviour effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional training in special educational needs (SEN) support
• Experience working with diverse student populations

Working Conditions:This role involves working in a school setting, following the school calendar and timetable. Full-time hours are expected, with occasional additional duties such as attending staff meetings or parent-teacher conferences.If you would like to work supply longer, we also have a Guaranteed work scheme after a period of review where you are guaranteed work up to 5 days!All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
