Their mission is to foster a dynamic and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to supporting student success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and lesson preparation.
• Provide individualised support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement engaging learning activities.
• Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and performance.
• Support students during independent work and group activities.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with students in an educational setting preferred.
• Experience of working with children or adults with mental health difficulties – essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
• Understanding of diverse learning needs and ability levels.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
