  • Teaching area:
  • Teaching in Polish and English, particularly in the areas of cognitive psychology, psychometrics, psychology of decision-making, applied behaviour analysis
  • Development of learning content, methods for the verification of learning outcomes, lesson plans
  • Preparation and execution of course documentation: syllabuses, evaluations, archiving of student assignments
  • Collaborating with the course coordinator and specialisation coordinators
  • Taking care of development of didactic competences, e.g. through participation in internal trainings organised by both the Department and the University, e.g. during the Teaching Competence Week
  • Organisational area:
  • Participation in meetings of the Department and the Department of Economic Psychology
  • Readiness to perform assigned functions and organisational tasks in the Department and the Department of Economic Psychology
  • Organising and participating in activities carried out by the University and the Department
  • Participation in activities promoting the University and the Department
  • Representing the University and the Faculty in community groups

RequirementsResearch Field Psychological sciences » Psychology Education Level Master Degree or equivalentSkills/Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Psychology
  • At least two years of experience in conducting classes with students and preparing teaching materials
  • Experience in conducting classes in English
  • Practical experience in working with children and parents in the field of psychological interactions, e.g. therapy, counselling
  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • Willingness to work on weekends
  • Research interests in the area of cognitive psychology, psychology of decision making

Specific Requirements

  • Scientific publications in the field of psychology
  • Participation in the implementation of domestic and foreign grants (as a manager and/or contractor) or experience in obtaining funding for research projects
  • Active participation in national and international scientific conferences
  • Advanced work on the doctorate, confirmed by a certificate from the doctoral school – expected submission of the dissertation in 2024

  • Scientific achievements – 25% of the final score
  • Teaching achievements – 60% of the final score
  • Organisational and practical achievements – 15% of the final score
