It’s also a career that can be part time or full time, with lots of opportunity for progression and professional development.Key Responsibilities:Assist classroom teachers in planning and delivering lessons.Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance.Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources.Supervise students during break times and other non-academic activities.Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure the overall well-being and development of students.
