Job descriptionProspero Teaching are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a reputable secondary school in Wakefield this September. This position is full time for 6 months, this position is likely to extend until the end of the academic year if the candidate is right for the school.CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

• Position – Teaching Assistant

• Hours – 08:00 – 16:00

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience working in a UK school.
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential).
• GCSE English and Maths grade ‘C’ or ‘4’ & above.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
