We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Teaching Assistants to work in a secondary school in Waltham Forest.This is a full time Teaching Assistant vacancy starting in September/ or as soon as possible 2024, graduates from all subjects are welcome to apply for this position.As a teaching assistant you will be working with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, working as part of a team, developing social skills, and supporting students within the community.By becoming a Teaching Assistant, you can get the experience you require and add more skills to your CV.If you already have experience of working with young people that would be a bonus, however if you have no experience as yet, the school will still consider your application.Requirements:

• Assisting in delivering effective teaching on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
• Helping with the planning and delivery of lessons
• Supporting the development of pupils, educational and behaviour
• Preparing classroom resources
