If so, this role would be ideal for you.Teaching Personnel are seeking Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools in the Wigan area.**Role Details:**– **Full-time Positions:** Immediate start– **Temporary with Potential for Permanent Placement**– **Competitive Pay:** £77-85 per day (experience-dependent)Responsibilities:– Working closely with students in 1-1 and small group settings to facilitate learning.-Assisting teachers in maintaining a conducive classroom environment and inspiring students.-Encouraging and empowering students to reach their educational goals.-Managing challenging behaviours with empathy and professionalism.-Following specific strategies to support students with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.Requirements– Previous experience in a school or youth work setting is desirable but not mandatory.– Graduates and individuals seeking to gain experience in education are encouraged to apply.
