As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students with their academic and personal development, helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.Teaching Assistant (TA) Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, ensuring their individual needs are met.
• Assist teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lessons.
• Encourage student participation and foster a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Monitor and document student progress, sharing insights with the teaching team.
• Support students during transitions, break times, and extracurricular activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a similar role or a passion for working with children.
• A proactive and flexible approach to meeting the needs of students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• An understanding of the importance of inclusivity and diversity in education.

To Work with GSL Education you Must:

• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from the last two years.
• Have an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one through GSL Education.
