School will accept applications from Teaching assistants from the below backgrounds:
- Teaching assistant with a background in specialist schools
- Teaching assistant with SEN experience in mainstream schools
- Youth workers
- Graduates who have degrees associating Psychology, Criminology, Sports coaching, Youth and community studies
