X3 Teaching AssistantsLocation: KidderminsterHours: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm)Contract: Temporary (opportunities to go permanent)Teaching Personnel are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work at one of our partner SEN Schools in Kidderminster.Key Responsibilities:Provide tailored support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring an inclusive and positive learning environment.Assist the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities.Encourage and promote independent learning and confidence in pupils.Support students’ social and emotional development, fostering a nurturing atmosphere.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to monitor and report on student progress.Help maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.Experience in a similar role or a strong desire to develop in this field (previous experience in an educational setting is advantageous but not essential).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to the varying needs of students.A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)If you are passionate about education and have the drive to help students achieve their full potential, we would love to hear from you.Please send your CV and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role to jake.wood@teachingpersonnel.com.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
