FULL-TIME PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHING ASSISTANTS NEEDED!Calling all Education Enthusiasts in Norwich looking to drive forward change in children’s learning, development, and growth.The role on offer?Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? Teaching Personnel is looking for eager and compassionate Teaching Assistants to support students in our Norwich-based Primary schools.What does the role entail?
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.Additionally, you’ll work closely with students, teachers, and external agencies to foster a supportive and enriching learning environment.Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and group support to students.
• Assist the class teacher in implementing EHCP requirements.
• Help plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons.
• Support students’ social and emotional development.
• Monitor and report on student progress.
• Collaborate effectively with staff and external agencies.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
