• Conducting scientific research;
• Obtaining funds for scientific research;
• Publishing research results in scoring journals and monographs;
• Improving the research technique;
• Conducting teaching classes;
• Organisational activities for the faculty;
• Improvement of the academic teacher’s methods;
• Development of original curricula;
• Organisation of the teaching process;
• Organisation of scientific conferences and seminars.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in psychology or related fields (obtained no later than September 30, 2024);
• Teaching experience and scientific achievements in one of the specified areas: Psychometrics, Methodology or Statistics;
• Experience in active participation in international scientific conferences;
• A scientific achievement record certified by publications in peer-reviewed journals with an impact factor;
• Fluent knowledge of the Polish language;
• Readiness to conduct classes on weekends;

• Declaration of employment at SWPS University as the primary place of work.
