Job descriptionProspero Teaching are looking for a Male Teaching Assistant to work with a group of students in KS4 with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties.For this role the school do require a male due to the nature of students. The role is full time and working at a school in Horncastle. You MUST have experience with Special Educational Needs either in an educational or care capacity.We are looking for an experienced individual who:Is professional and passionate and determined to make a difference and championing children with SEND in particular PMLD.Puts the children at the heart of all they do and a relentless focus on ensuring the best quality of education for all.Is highly effective in communication with parents and other agencies and who is able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.Confident managing challenging behavioursIs enthusiastic and keen to work collaboratively across the provision.This role is due to start ASAP.TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references
