Salary: MPS/UPS (Dependent on experience)We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Teacher of Religious Education to join our client school’s dynamic Humanities department. Our client is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic RE teacher to deliver engaging lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5, catering to a diverse range of student abilities.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a school committed to providing an outstanding education. • Plan and deliver high-quality RE lessons across KS3, KS4, and ideally KS5.
• Set high expectations for all students and support them in achieving their best.
• Use assessment data to inform teaching and drive student progress.
• Create an engaging, inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of Religious Studies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience within the Humanities department.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE CRITERIA:

• Experience teaching RE at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is desirable).
• Strong behaviour management skills and a commitment to inclusive education.
• A solid understanding of the Religious Studies curriculum and the ability to inspire students.
• The ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons that promote deep learning.
• A ‘can-do’ attitude, resilience, and experience working in a diverse, fast-paced school environment.
• Excellent communication, team-working, and organisational skills.
• A passion for RE and for helping young people achieve their potential.
