Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we welcome your application.Job Summary:As a Teacher of English, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students. The successful Teacher of English will create an engaging learning environment that promotes student achievement and enthusiasm for the subject. You will be expected to plan, prepare, and deliver effective lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all students, ensuring they reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities:– Delivering engaging and effective English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.– Planning and preparing lessons that meet the requirements of the national curriculum.– Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback.– Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.– Managing classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.– Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the teaching and learning experience.
