The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach A-Level English for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Use a variety of teaching methods to engage students and foster a love of literature and language.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and school events, promoting a positive school culture.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience teaching English at the secondary school level.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
