Job Purpose

Responsible for all expense report bookings within EMEA.

Job Responsibilities

The T&E Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks.

Accounts payable:

-Follow Travel&Expense Standard Operating Procedures (given by the Business Process Owners)
-Comply with internal and external controls, fiscal, tax, local and corporate requirements.
-Review and verify employee expenses in Chrome River and register them in ERP’s.
-Perform accounting and reconciliation related to corporate cards administration and cash advance reports
-Educate and empower users on best practices for expense reporting and compliance with T&E policies.
-Respond to inquiries coming from employees and actively follow-up open items.
-Support the reconciliation of T&E transactions and Citi card statements.
-Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and escalate complex issues to level-two support when needed.
-Key focal point of T&E payment execution – run review
 

Others:

-Proposes improvement ideas on processes, automation
-Perform any other directly related duties assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

-Qualified accountant or finished finance related college studies.
-Fresh graduates are welcome, any financial or accounting work/internship experience with some shared services center experience preferred.
-Communication level of English Language
-Hungarian is a must.
