Position Overview
CRH Group Services is currently recruiting for an interim T&E Analyst.  Employee expenses are submitted in Concur and approved by the relevant line manager.  A final approval is then required to ensure that claims are in line with Company T&E policy. This role will perform the final approval of employee expenses. The role also involves the training of new users on the Concur system, dealing with user queries and resolution of same. 
Employee travel is booked through Egencia, a travel app. This role will be responsible for the administration of the app e.g. adding, amending new users, liaising on queries from users.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:

-Approval of employee expense claims in line with the Company T&E policy
-Preparing list of taxable expenses for payroll monthly
-Dealing with Employee queries on their expense claims and resolution of same
-Training of new users on Concur
-Preparing payment files for employee expenses 
-Providing ad hoc reports from the Concur system
-Administration of Egencia app
-New corporate credit card applications
-Administration of corporate credit cards online with BAMML
-Other duties/ad hoc projects as may be required by management.

Experience / Education
You are/have:

-2/3 years’ experience in a similar role
