Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Talent Partner (m/f/d) who is passionate, agile, and proactive to join our talent team, based in our Headquarter in Belgium.About the roleYou act as strategic influencer, therefore understanding the business, its imperatives and priorities. You are accountable for the execution of all talent processes within your business partner organization, through executing yourself or through partnering with other teams.Focused on developing high performing teams by influencing and coaching assigned leaders, as well as providing other strategic Talent support including talent management, organizational design, strategic workforce planning, reward and cultural evolution, you provide distinct strategy enabling talent, organization and cultural initiatives to be lived by everyone, for the ultimate benefit of the patient.Who you´ll work withYou act as a business partner to the Global Medical Therapeutic Area Leadership Teams and associated Communications, Information & Learning Teams reporting to the Chief Medical Officer and Head of Medical Communities as well as the Global Patient Safety Leadership Teams reporting to the Head of Patient Communities and Deputy Chief Medical Officer, collaborating with them to deliver on UCB’s defined outcomes and the positive impact they can have on their internal and external stakeholders.You report to the Talent Partner Lead Global Asset, Medical & Patient Communities. It is part of the Talent Patient Evidence team and sits at selected Leadership Teams withing Medical & Patient Communities team.What you´ll do
- Develop a deep understanding of the business context and strategic priorities to partner (pro)actively in business and organization decisions
- You are accountable for talent agenda in line with business strategy
- Maximize impact of key talents & key positions
- Develop high-performing teams
- Drive organization design & development – (Strategic) Workforce Planning
- Ensure equitable & differentiating reward across organization
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field
- More than 5 years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement HR strategies, policies and processes to address business challenges
- Knowledge of organizational development and delivering initiatives consistent with business priorities such as talent development programs, organization design, reward strategies, high performing teams, and cultural evolutions
- Understanding of change management concepts and ability to facilitate and sustain organizational transformations
- Outstanding execution skills including direct experience with the processes and disciplines of HR, necessary to successfully evaluate issues, offer alternatives, and creative solutions
- Experience in the counselling of employee compensation and benefits and reward programs with an impact on retention
