About the Role
To continuously support Europe’s growth lab strategy, the European Communications Team is dedicated to develop and deliver integrated, globally consistent and customer centric communication strategies and programs to enhance and differentiate the Boston Scientific brand, products, services and solutions in the European market.
The intern will be assisting the Marketing & Communication team in coordinating existing collaterals as well as supporting with deliverables for product and program launches, major communication campaigns, events/tradeshows and new acquisitions.
Key responsibilities:
-Partner with marketing and business development teams to coordinate and administer multiple projects
-Collaborate with agencies on projects to re-brand and/or update marketing collaterals for Europe
-Collaborate with agencies and in-country-reviewers to localize marketing collaterals
-Maintain project status tracker
-Request quotes, gain approvals and coordinate purchase orders in the system and update budget tracking
-Collaborate with Marketing Communications and other stakeholders on new ideas
-Coordinate and track Promotional, Educational, Sales Support and Training (PSST) materials approval process
-Coordinate expiration of materials the PSST system and other databases
-Maintain communications databases and applications with latest collateral and send out communications to update the field
-Coordinate internal newsletters
-Update intranet pages
-Other duties may be assigned
What we are looking for in you:
-Graduating or graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Marketing & Communication, or similar
-Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Level B2 or plus)
-Good editorial judgment
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize
-Strong follow-through and attention to detail
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point, Outlook)
-Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop knowledge is a plus
-Short working experience in projects will be considered a plus
