Are you the one we a looking for?We OfferAt Nestlé Nordic HR, we are looking for a Talent Attraction Partner to join our Talent Acquisition and Development (TAD) Team. In Nordic HR, we are 25 people working in three areas: Total Rewards, HR Business Partnering, and Talent Acquisition and Development. The TAD team consists of six people based in Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark. As a TA Partner, you will report to our Talent Acquisition and Development Manager, Patrik Henriksson.In the TAD Team, we are dedicated and passionate about working with people. Our working culture is characterized by openness and sharing, where everyone is expected to contribute and drive the future direction of our team. We support each other in achieving ambitious goals and showing measurable results, providing the business with the highest service level possible.Your Future ChallengesIn this role, you will manage recruitments in Denmark and lead our Nordic employer branding strategy. You will handle end-to-end recruitment processes and spearhead talent acquisition projects. This position requires both independent work and team collaboration with HR colleagues.Key tasks include:
