Requirements
– A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Coaching, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for success in this role.
– Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in career coaching, particularly in guiding reintegration processes and managing stress and burnout.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with all stakeholders in both in-person and remote settings.
