Job Description Summary Sandoz Iberia is looking for a new Talent Acquisition Trainee (Reclutamiento & Seleccion), to support our recruiting needs across Iberia.Job DescriptionThis opportunity is located at the Sandoz site in Madrid.Your Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

• Direct support to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Publication of job offers.
• CV screening.
• Telephone screenings.
• Support in interviews.
• Support in managing Global mobility onboarding processes.
• Support in various activities in the P&O area.

What You’ll bring to the role:

• University education related to psychology, labour relations, business administration or similar.
• Being studying a master’s degree related to HR will be positively valued.
• Possibility of generating an internship agreement with your university or school.
• Fluent English C1 – C2 is a must.
• Use of Office 365 Suite office tools (Excel and Power Point).
• Workday knowledge desirable
• We are looking for a person with a high capacity for learning, planning and autonomy.
