You will become a part of an experienced global talent acquisition team, and your role will be pivotal in building collaborative relationships with client in support of hiring top talent in the market.Who are we looking for?
Talent Acquisition/Sourcing Specialist passionate about identifying, attracting and matching people with career opportunities, and thus helping our client have a talented and diverse workforce. The opportunity is available for English & French speaking candidates with experience in sourcing high-calibre individuals through the use of effective and innovative sourcing methodologies & tools.Key Accountabilities

• Acting as a strategic sourcing support to AMS and client’s in-house Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers.
• Interpreting resourcing plans, defining role requirements and developing innovative sourcing techniques (networking, headhunting, engaging passive talent via various world-class tools and platforms).
• Ensuring complete talent mapping through Boolean search via LinkedIn, Company websites etc., as well as through different and unconventional tools.
• Timely updating and engaging with Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers at various levels.
• Ensuring constant flow of most relevant candidates for each opening.

Skills & Experience

• Full professional proficiency in English and French both written and spoken.
• A solid background in proactive sourcing, headhunting, and candidate attraction.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle senior stakeholders and demanding needs.
• Result-oriented approach to responsibilities.
• Analytical skills, data driven and inquisitive mindset with the ability to think out of the box on non-linear searches.

You’ll also need the ability to:

• Influence, negotiate, and persuade
• Credibly present information to stakeholders
• Analyse and interpret data to form clear conclusions, and articulate the stories it tells
