Role Responsibilities

– Identify and engage with top IT talent, specifically Cyber Security specialists and Software Testing experts to fulfill the company’s recruitment needs.

– Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure alignment of candidates with the company’s values and projects, influencing significant initiatives in both public and profit sectors.

– Foster long-term relationships with recruitment agencies and potential candidates, enhancing the company’s ability to attract and retain top-tier talent.

Requirements

– Possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of expertise in recruitment for IT profiles.

– Demonstrate proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and familiarity with AI technologies to streamline the recruitment process.

– Showcase strong communication skills in Dutch and English, with the ability to conduct effective interviews, and knowledge of French is a plus.
