Job DescriptionDanfoss is seeking an energetic and talented Recruiter to join our dedicated Talent Acquisition team supporting the Northern European region. Our team is focused on attracting and recruiting the best talent for our business. This position is based in Nordborg, DK or Kolding, DK.As a global business, we have team members located in the UK, Finland, and Denmark. You will get the opportunity to engage and grow your skills with Global TA Center of Excellence projects, such as, global onboarding initiatives and the implementation of new modules in the Talent Acquisition system.Job ResponsibilitiesAs the Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Northern European region, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes in close cooperation with hiring managers and other stakeholders. You will act as an advisor and process expert while promoting Danfoss as an employer of choice. A key part of your role will be to ensure an excellent candidate experience.Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Build strong relationships with local and regional managers, acting as a trusted partner in their talent acquisition needs, and understand their strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Proactively source and attract top talent across Northern Europe, utilizing various channels and tools, with a deep understanding of industry trends.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline by anticipating future hiring needs and ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Facilitate team building and development initiatives to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce, leveraging business acumen for talent development.
  • Lead activities to enhance candidate satisfaction, motivation, engagement, and retention, focusing on candidate experience and employer branding.

Background & SkillsWe expect you to have a degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a good business understanding from a global company and working in a matrix organization. You have at least 2+ years of talent acquisition experience, prioritizing expertise in recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience, sourcing, and establishing trust as a partner to Hiring Managers.Additionally, you should:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of strategic business objectives.
  • Proactive, forward-thinking mindset, anticipating business needs.
  • Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines.
  • Active networking skills, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Strong consulting skills, with effective negotiation and influence.
