As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter based in Bucharest, you’ll be an integral part of the team working on our open vacancies, primarily across France and Benelux.  Therefore, requiring a strong French language proficiency.  

As part of the European Talent Acquisition team, you’ll also have the opportunity to focus on great relationships, both with the business and candidates, in order to drive quality and speed in hiring, whilst also supporting TA’s overall capability and improvements.

WHAT WE OFFER

On top of your basic salary, you will also be rewarded with a yearly performance-based bonus of 10%

Hybrid Working for this role, a minimum of 1 day per week in the office is required.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

-Responsible for the Recruitment Partnership across France (Early Careers/Internship Recruitment) and Benelux in particular.
-Manage end-to-end lifecycle recruitment, in partnership with hiring managers and our Recruiter based locally in France.
-Business partnering with key stakeholders, bringing a ‘consultant’ approach to enable you to advise accordingly.
-Direct Sourcing being a key part of your role.
-Fulfil Recruitment needs for the business whilst proactively pipelining for future roles, using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Avature CRM
-Ongoing Recruiter insights in your market – turning insights to actions.
-Supporting external networks (universities, fairs, etc.) to build strong relationships with external sources of diverse talent.
 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

-Solid working knowledge of Recruitment, specifically around direct sourcing and pipelining, either within a Recruitment agency or inhouse/internal
-High-level Proficiency in French and English language.
-Courage to challenge and improve when things are not working optimally.
-Drives Results and ‘think outside the box’ mindset.
