Talent Acquisition Recruiter

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
-In this role you will be responsible for the functional Recruitment Partnership – you’ll be the leader for all your open recruitment, specific to our office in Bucharest. That means you’ll manage end-to-end lifecycle recruitment in an efficient and engaging manner, in partnership with hiring managers
-Be an expert in developing strong talent pipelines for the future and use your innovative techniques too, ensuring you are sourcing the Best Talent in collaboration with the local hiring leaders
-We are always looking to improve and create the future of work, here at Kellogg’s. This is why in our team you will feel empowered to bring your own ideas to the table and you will have the ability to turn data into insights, all the while showcasing your experience to the wider community
-Support the Talent COE with social media and employer branding activity and activation
-Collaborates with local HRBP and HR Generalist teams for support on enrolments and status changes as needed
-To be the best you have to learn from the best. That’s why you’ll support our Centre of Excellence (COE) and Global Business Services team to upskill and coach managers on talent acquisition topics
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
-Experienced working knowledge of talent acquisition philosophy and principles and specifically around direct sourcing experience
-Good experience as a Recruiter/Recruitment Consultant either within a Recruitment agency or inhouse/internal
-Flexible, problem solving approach and strong team player
-Strong focus on building client partnerships and a ‘make it happen’ mindset
-Advanced Microsoft Office skills
-English language proficiency
-Bonus Points: experience in FMCG industry and a love for Pringles !
