Today, we have a growing pipeline of prodrug therapies in development, each designed to be a best-in-class therapy.We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner (temporary role) to join our growing team. As a key member of the Ascendis Pharma team, you will partner with our leaders to find great candidates and facilitate their journey to becoming outstanding new hires at Ascendis Pharma. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional, global teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.You will be joining the Global HR team consisting of 18 colleagues, and report directly to Louise Thorninger, Sr. Director of Human Resources DK, who is based in Hellerup, Denmark. You will be based in the Hellerup office as well and be part of an experienced and dedicated recruitment team.Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Lead recruitment processes from A-Z, including facilitating candidate interviews.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruiting process and consult with them regarding best practices, trends, and challenges.
  • Support and guide Hiring Managers through the recruitment process in alignment with company standards and defined roles & responsibilities.
  • Ensure great candidate experiences.
  • Manage relationships with third party vendors (if engaged).

Qualifications and Skills:You hold a relevant academic degree and 2+ years of experience within recruitment. Experience from the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry is advantage, but not a requirement.Furthermore, you have:

  • Experience with facilitating job interviews and test feedback.
  • Certification in one or serval personality assessment tools. OPQ is an advantage, but not required.
