We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join one of the largest in-house recruitment functions in Denmark.
The position
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for recruitment within your own SVP area, supporting Development Product Portfolio and Emerging Technologies (DPP & ET) at Novo Nordisk, while being part of the TA Product Supply team. Handling a substantial part of the company’s value chain, this role involves driving complex recruitment processes across academic, specialist, and senior management levels, often dealing with complex and limited candidate pools. In addition to managing recruitment processes, you will work closely with various stakeholders, using your expertise to guide and drive smooth recruitment processes in alignment with Novo Nordisk Way, our core values, and diversity & inclusion principles.
In this role, you will
Lead recruitment processes within your dedicated area, working closely with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
-Foster collaboration and resource balance within your mini team, currently consisting of source
rs and two recruiters to ensure effective recruitment process planning and execution.
-Identify and support relevant TA opportunities within your area, ensuring service delivery with the right level of quality, speed, and efficiency.
-Maintain an overview of recruitment efforts in the area while contributing to a positive team environment and a culture of excellence and innovation.
Qualifications:
-Extensive recruitment experience, handling # hires annually.
-Proficiency in recruiting academics, specialists, and leadership positions across various levels.
-Knowledge and experience with competency-based interviews (CBI) is highly advantageous.
-Strong project management skills to handle multiple complex recruitment processes simultaneously.
-Ability to utilize data to understand business needs and drive change.
-A relevant academic degree and proficiency in English.

About the department
You will be joining Talent Acquisition DK, a team of more than 100 recruiters (and still growing). Together we support Novo Nordisk in Denmark with around 11 000 end-to-end recruitments annually. We have our primary base in Bagsværd. Most of your week, you will find yourself in Bagsværd or at one of the DPP & ET sites in Måløv and Høje-Taastrup. There is flexibility to plan your week, as well as to work from home some days.
