Role overview

  • Build and implement scalable strategies for hiring top talent.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with CAST AI’s business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 3 recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Develop and execute a plan to double the size of the recruitment team within the next year.
  • Handle positions hands-on, as this will still be a part of the day-to-day work, at least for a while.
  • Streamline recruitment operations to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and efficient hiring process.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to refine and innovate hiring practices.
  • Create sourcing strategies to attract talent in competitive markets.
  • Represent CAST AI in employer branding initiatives to position us as a top employer globally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling recruitment teams.
  • Extensive experience hiring across global markets.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and recruitment tools.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging recruitment data to inform decisions.
  • Customer-obsessed with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Collaborative and solutions-focused team player.
