Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic resource to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Intern in Campoverde site. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. The intern will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to support various recruitment activities and gain exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various positions within the organization.

2. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.

3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

4. Support in managing candidates and requisitions in the recruitment system

5. Assist in maintaining the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

6. Assist in drafting offer letters and employment contracts for successful candidates.

7. Provide administrative support to the team, including recruitment-related documentation.

8. Support in University Relations activity, creating contact with University and students for Career Day and Events

Qualifications

1. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

7. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is a plus.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

9. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

10. Excellent English knowledge
