📚 What You’ll Bring:4+ years of HR experience, ideally in a broad HR role such as HR Generalist, People & Culture Specialist and/or an experienced People Leader in Talent Acquisition
A passion for assessing and finding the best talent is a must; previous experience in talent acquisition is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, coach, and support People Managers on team challenges.A creative and analytical thinker skilled at transforming ideas, data, and content into visually engaging HR materials, learning bites, presentations, and insightful people analytics decks. Able to leverage AI-driven solutions and design tools like Lucid, Canva, or similar platforms/solutions.Ability to manage HR projects effectively while balancing recruitment and operational tasks.Solid understanding of HR laws and practices in the Netherlands.Exposure to European HR laws and practices, particularly across multiple countries (Netherlands, Germany, UK, or France) is a big plus.Experience in scaling HR functions in rapidly growing organizations is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written, are essential; proficiency in additional languages such as German, French, or Dutch is a big plus🎉 What You’ll Get From Us: Join ULAC Europe and be part of a fast-paced, forward-thinking team where your contributions will directly shape our future success!Powered by JazzHR
