- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience across multiple territories.
- Partner with hiring managers to optimize interview and selection processes.
- Oversee and enhance the onboarding experience, fostering smooth transitions for new hires across Europe.
Talent Performance & Engagement (35%)
- Build strong partnerships with employees and managers, providing HR support and championing employee engagement.
- Lead the bi-annual Growth Cycle, ensuring timely, meaningful performance reviews that drive alignment with company goals.
- Co-design learning initiatives to elevate team performance and collaborate with external trainers on impactful sessions.
- Advise People Managers on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution, cultivating a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
HR Project Management (20%)
- Develop and update key HR resources, including handbooks and policies, ensuring consistency across European entities.
- Lead a revamp of recruitment materials and standardize onboarding processes for a cohesive, welcoming new-hire experience across all regions.
- Translate HR data into compelling, visually engaging insights for leadership, empowering strategic decision-making with actionable metrics.
HR Operations (15%)
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, addressing employee queries, payroll coordination, and administrative tasks efficiently.
📚 What You’ll Bring:4+ years of HR experience, ideally in a broad HR role such as HR Generalist, People & Culture Specialist and/or an experienced People Leader in Talent AcquisitionA passion for assessing and finding the best talent is a must; previous experience in talent acquisition is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, coach, and support People Managers on team challenges.A creative and analytical thinker skilled at transforming ideas, data, and content into visually engaging HR materials, learning bites, presentations, and insightful people analytics decks. Able to leverage AI-driven solutions and design tools like Lucid, Canva, or similar platforms/solutions.Ability to manage HR projects effectively while balancing recruitment and operational tasks.Solid understanding of HR laws and practices in the Netherlands.Exposure to European HR laws and practices, particularly across multiple countries (Netherlands, Germany, UK, or France) is a big plus.Experience in scaling HR functions in rapidly growing organizations is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written, are essential; proficiency in additional languages such as German, French, or Dutch is a big plus🎉 What You’ll Get From Us:
