Your Role and Responsibilities :
In this role, you’ll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Recruitment Officer to join our team of 4 Recruitment Officers for a fixed term contract (12 months).Within the team, your main missions will be to intervene on :
– Writing our ads and publishing them on our career site and our partner sites
– Screening CVs and occasionally making initial telephone contact with candidates
– Monitoring the various stages of the recruitment process for our candidates
– Sending recruitment proposals to our candidates
– Drafting of employment contracts for our future employees as well as the completion of legal declarations related to these hirings
– Preparing the integration (various access requests, collecting personal documents, sending welcome emails)Other tasks related to recruitment may be entrusted to you as your skills increase.Required Technical and Professional Expertise
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources.Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
You are autonomous while enjoying working in a team and you are a source of ideas. Finally, you are dynamic, a good listener and above all rigorous in order to respect the IBM internal recruitment process.
