Through a dedicated and bespoke candidate service, Talencia works with you, to find the company/organization to match your career aspirations and talentsABOUT THE JOB :You’re responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting the entire range of products as well within our client’s Cataloguing systems. You will keep the product data and cataloguing data up-to-date and consistent in various databases (e.g. ADMIN, TecDoc, X-checker, etc.). while analyzing data across different systems to identify and correct discrepancies and inconsistencies. Mainly by :

• Assist in optimizing cataloguing processes and data flows to various other systems such as websites, platforms, customer portals, etc.
• Supporting various data update processes
• Ensuring top-quality cataloguing product data,
• Configuring data into the formats desired according to industry standards
• Supporting both the Product and Marketing teams with analyses and overviews of the cataloguing product data.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of data management processes and procedures to ensure data quality and accuracy.

ABOUT YOU :

• You have at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• You have some experience in Data Management (1-5 years), preferably in the Automotive and/or Chemical sector.
• You possess excellent computer skills:

• Excel: advanced (knowledge of pivots, vlookups, concatenates, comparing different data files, etc.)
• Access DB: basic, i.e., loading tables (manually or via import), basic queries, etc.
• Knowledge of cataloguing data systems is an advantage: PIM, TecDoc, X-checker.
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and English. Any other language is a plus.
• You have a keen eye for detail, and work accuracy.
• You prefer a structured approach to task follow-up and are capable of working independently.
• You are a team player
• You possess good and detailed analytical skills. Can work with different data sources and cross reference them, regardless of the different formats
