Roles & responsibilities:About the Role: We are looking for an experienced HR Systems & Solutions Team Lead to guide a team of application consultants and specialists. With expertise in application support, payroll, and HR areas like sickness & disability, learning and performance management, you’ll bridge strategic goals with technical solutions.In this role, you will act as the critical link between strategic objectives and technical solutions, ensuring seamless HR processes and the successful implementation of impactful, efficient systems. You will promote collaboration, drive continuous improvement, and develop future-ready systems that align with organizational goals. Are you ready to make an impact?

  • Scope: Manage the operation and running projects in close collaboration with the PO Manager and Team manager Contact Center / Transaction Center. Support own team in planning and organizing their work and manage unplanned changes and issues. Single point of contact for the internal and external business for the specific work areas Payrolling, Reporting, Learning, Performance Management/Incentives, Finance processes/insurances and HR application support.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the monthly payroll process and all related reporting, audit, control and tax activities. Manages the outsourced partners and internal stakeholders. Pro-actively investigates impact of legal law & legislation changes, seeks collaboration with internal stakeholders to translate this in the processes.
  • Effectively organize and manage own team including staffing, planning, recruitment and performance management, in line with the HEINEKEN procedures. Utilize full potential of people and ensure an optimal staffing with regard to quantity and quality. Support the team with incident-, release-, test management and interface monitoring.
  • With the local and global team set up a reporting and analytics framework and support the business in translating and using the data. Continuous improving data quality and self-service for the business.
  • Drive continuous process improvement by translating business needs into new changes/solution and arranges training and support for the business.
  • Define and steers SLA’s and initiates changes to improve SLA, quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Works closely together with internal stakeholders, specific with the global HR-IT team.

Experience & profile (what & how)What:

  • Education: higher vocational / academic
  • Work experience: 6+ years.
  • Required work experience in field of expertise: experience in finance & payrolling/tax processes and reporting & analytics in a large multinational firm.
  • Other fields of expertise: experience in Audit & Compliancy
  • Functional skills: Digitalization of HR processes, preferred experience in SAP, ServiceNow, knowledge of industry trends, strong decision making, client awareness and process improvement. Agile way of working.
  • Languages: Dutch and English
