Today, we are bringing our expertise to make oil and gas safer, cleaner, and more efficient.Partner with the bestReporting into the Systems Engineering Office (SEO) and working closely with IET Engineering, Technology, and Product Leadership organizations, you will lead the integration of GTE technology roadmaps in line with the Value Vector strategy and Product Roadmaps.As SEO Technology Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering a shared and harmonized technology roadmap for GTE, working together with the Technology & Growth Leaders of the respective GTE Engineering organizations to ensure cohesion, completeness, and consistency.
• Attending the IET Technology Roadmap Committee, contributing to define and maintain IET Technology Roadmaps strategy, governance, and digital environment.
• Promoting adoption and implementation of the IET Technology Roadmaps governance.
• Assuring flawless execution of Research Development (RD) and Technology Development (TD) programs for GTE enabling technologies.
• Supervising preparation and execution of the technology decomposition activity across Product Development (PD) programs, ensuring timely and accurate data collection to feed technology roadmaps.
• Partnering with Growth Areas, Product Leadership, and the Technology & Growth Leaders of the respective GTE Engineering organizations to ensure consistency of technology roadmaps and product roadmaps, defining and validating relevant proposals for LRP.
• Identifying opportunities to apply released technologies across products and Value Vectors.

• Have a Master’s degree from an accredited university or college
• Have demonstrated competencies in systems engineering and technology innovation
• Have proven capability to execute trans-disciplinary and cross-functional Projects or Programs leading natural teams
• Have exceptional analytical and continuous improvement skills
• Have Executive level presentation skills, influential oral and written communication skills
• Have the ability to work in an ever-changing environment with shifting priorities
• Be proactive with a resilient and entrepreneurial mindset
