With a 200-year legacy and a shared passion for what’s next, this is the right place to build a fulfilling career.Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Systems Business Analyst to join our Information Security Management Global Access Provisioning Project & Testing Team.The Systems Business Analyst is a key contributor in the Information Security Division; driving the execution of project initiatives, liaising between the technology team and processing admins to scope systemic enhancements, and participation in testing events.The Systems Business Analyst is responsible for, but not limited to:

• Understand system / application architecture, functionality, and administrative operational processes
• Analytical capabilities for data gathering and metric build outs to identify gaps in operational workflows and root cause solutioning
• Work with project managers, developers, testers, and other specialists across multiple teams and locations providing efficient solutions meeting the needs of the business
• Gather and document requirements of proposed enhancements or production issues to be fixed and help set scope definition
• Write and / or review specification documentation which may include use cases, test case development, workflow analytics, diagrams, etc
• Maintain requirements specification, related documentation for projects
• Participate in the design and development process – ensuring requirements are properly understood and addressed by the technical team
• Investigating production issues to determine root cause for solutioning by technical team
• Facilitate communication between provisioning administration team and technical team
• Participate in system and user acceptance testing
• Involvement in deployments and checkout of the solution

Qualifications include:

• 3-5+ years of relevant work experience a plus
• Experience in the financial services industry a plus
• Knowledge of security administration technology, tools, platforms and data retrieval techniques
• Knowledge of operating platforms – Active Directory, database and sub-systems (Oracle, DB2, and CICS), z/OS
• Knowledge of Identity Management products (SailPoint a plus), CA-TSS, Exchange, Hyperion, Digital Certificates, ServiceNOW
• Ability to use standard desktop tools effectively, including Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skills a plus
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, while meeting deadlines
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills. Experience with the BBH business and its practices, a plus
• Strong global team member – sees Division succession, as own success
