Who we are looking forState Street Global Technology Services is looking for an experienced system/application analyst to manage Enterprise Risk Management Applications This is a system analyst position responsible for designing application of credit risk systems used for risk management. The position involves designing solutions to process large volumes of data and interface systems for regulatory compliance and risk management. The candidate should have system and data analysis skills and should be able to work in a structured software development environment.What you will be responsible forAs a system analyst you will

  • Elaborate requirements and solution design
  • Project planning and execution with project managers, external consultants, application managers, business managers, development, and QA
  • Data analysis, solutions design and work closely with enterprise risk management as product owner.
  • Within matrix ecosystem, Collaborate with resources and services provided by centralized teams, utilize both Waterfall and Agile Software Development Life Cycles
  • Clearly communicate complex operational or technical subjects to developers and business users.
  • Determination of project scope, requirements gathering, and implementation planning with project sponsors and key stakeholders

What we valueThese skills will help you succeed in this role

  • 5+ years’ experience with designing and delivering services, systems & data platforms
  • Experience in financial industry working on financial modeling, simulation and regulatory projects is a plus.
  • Experience in ORACLE SQL and able to write Complex SQL Queries
  • Experience in Python programming
  • Experience working in enterprise risk management domain
  • FRM or CFA designation is a plus
  • Experience agile delivery & adhering to SDLC processes is required
  • Ability to drive change through collaboration, influence and demonstration of POCs.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters or B.S. degree in Computer Science, Math, Economics, Finance or related field

Additional requirements

  • Ability to deliver and co-ordinate with team members in a matrix organization.
  • Fluent English speaking is must
  • Communicate effectively in a professional manner both written and orally
  • Team player with a positive attitude enthusiasm initiative and self-motivation
  • Ability to multi-task energetic fast learner & problem solver
  • Working hours typically between 9am and 5pm to partially overlap with US EST work hours.
  • Hybrid working environment (Work from Office + Work from Home)
