FunctiebeschrijvingMAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the IT equipment within the organization covering, desktop computing, communications equipment, and the network.
• Ensures that all servers and communication equipment within the organization is of sufficient resilience to always support the business requirements and/or initiates and takes corrective action where this is not the case. Ensures effective backup procedures are put in place and ensures these are in working order and adhered to.
• Ensure all systems usage policies are adhered.
• Work closely with the IT Manager to identify and assess suitability of new features and/or system requirements. If required project manage IT initiatives covering review, design, implementation and roll out.

VerantwoordelijkhedenKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• This role requires a candidate with a proven track record in IT.
• Educated degree level in IT or relevant qualification.
• You have minimum 1-3 years experience in a similar role.
• Administration switch and routers cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti (CCNA)Aruba WI-FI System.
• Support and administration IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Ticketing systems ServiceNow, Smartphone Android and Apple
• Administration and Manage Windows servers, MS O365, Azure, virtual vSphere, SAN et NAS, Switch et routers, Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.
• Knowledge of Service desk analyses and follow with SLA et ITIL.
• Team workers, independent, want to learn new technologies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines,
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong business focus and commitment to customer service excellence.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows environment.
• You are a stress resistant and flexible team player.
• You are trilingual (Dutch/French/Eng).
• You are in possession of a valid license.
