We are looking for a System Manager to work on our PLC Engineering infrastructure. It is a Iaas/PaaS we deliver to the factories. The platform is a secured environment where PLC technicians can connect and work. It includes tools like vendor software, version control, license management, and more.As a System Manager, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining IT systems used across API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) departments in Kalundborg.You will balance the practical nature of working with PLCs with the quality mindset required when working with GMP systems.Your responsibilities will include:

• Systematically maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory frameworks.
• Performing reviews and driving life cycle management to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
• Running small projects to ensure that our cross-site IT system meet production and external requirements.
• Managing the expectations of customers, system owners, end-users, quality assurance personnel, and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborating with vendors to ensure deliverables and services are by agreements.

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, we expect that you:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Science, or a similar field.
• Have 3+ years of relevant experience in IT system administration or big interest in and a desire to learn about managing IT systems.
• Are curious about risk management, user access management, change and release management, archiving and retention, and periodic system evaluation (PSE).
• Have knowledge of and experience in the life science industry, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is an added advantage.
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken is a requirement.

You will be joining a team of 12 colleagues in the IT Solutions CoE, which is a part of DDIT PS API Production Systems. API IT is responsible for driving IT/OT security and compliance and production IT.
