What you’ll be doing

You will be responsible for overseeing and executing on compliance of DCS Sattline system in API area (Kalundborg and Gentofte). With your expertise in system management, you will ensure productions’ license to operate and deliver on LCM & improvement projects.

Your role will include a variety of tasks such as:

-Being IT compliance responsible of a standardized rollout plan for the solutions and writing and approving change requests, test protocols, and instructions
-Managing the operation and maintenance of global IT solutions and identifying new internal and external requirements
-Contributing to incident management and systematic problem-solving within an ITIL framework
-Executing quality activities such as IT risk assessments, qualification of the solutions and presenting IT systems during audits and inspections
-Coordinating activities with various stakeholders, managing system maintenance and changes, and offering advice and consultancy to IT and automation supporters
-Planning, driving and ensuring systematic periodic reviews are conducted timely
-Drive and report on Life Cycle Management, risk assessments, IT security, patching, user reviews in compliance with relevant requirements
-Contributing to a development of best practices and standards across the area
 

Our ideal candidate would bring:

-Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, and/or demonstrated experience in the field as an IT professional
-3+ years’ experience in the role
-Experience in System management, IT security management, trouble shouting on systems and infrastructure, Continuity management and LCM
-Familiarity with healthcare regulatory guidelines and standards like e.g. FDA 21CFR Part 11, GAMP
-Previous experience with Sattline system is considered an advantage
-Experience with one or more of the following is considered an advantage:  ServiceNow, ITIL, GMP
-Proficient in both written and spoken English

You will be joining newly create DCS Sattline Center of Excellence team consisting of highly skilled System Managers and Product Architect, where we focus on supporting each other and working across to ensure best practices, efficiency and knowledge sharing.
We prefer to do it with an informal, friendly, and honest tone where everyone likes to share their point of view.  Our CoE belongs to DDIT PS API Production Systems Department consisting of teams working across and supporting API departments.
