This is our System Analyst role for those who strive to implement functional processes and drive them to full completion.Tasks in the roleWork closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challengesCommunicate with internal and external data service providersElicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflowsTranslate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teamsDrive and streamline projects in the Enterprise architecture and Data Analytics fieldsServe as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teamsCommunicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersPresent findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiencesCreate detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories, and set tasks for the development teamMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycleParticipate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions; confirm defects from a business standpointDrive small projects as a project managerReverse and investigate the logic of existing solutionsWho we are looking forUnderstanding of software development design patterns and approachesProven experience as an analyst in a relevant fieldGood understanding of Decision Support Systems and Business IntelligenceGood understanding of IT systems integration and architectureGood knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and APIBasic understanding and knowledge of Python/java codeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSkilled communicator with the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms both verbally and in written formExcellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate with the teamCreative mind and ability to think outside the box both conceptually and pragmaticallyNot required, but a plusAbility to work independently in an unknown areaGood organizational and attention to detailYou share our common values: Trust, as we prefer to speak up and be our true selves; Sense of Ownership, as it’s not worth wasting time on something you don’t believe in; and enthusiasm for Constant Change, as we are always looking to make things better
