System Administrator – Internal IT

The following CHALLENGES await You:

Level 1 and Level 2 client side support.

Provide office IT support, completing tasks based on JIRA tickets

Collaborate with the Vienna team to resolve IT-related incidents

Manage systems on computers within the premises

Offer hardware and software support for users and servers (Windows and Linux systems)

Assist and provide technical support for integrated systems deliveries

Prepare complete workspaces as needed (assemble table/chair, prepare PC)

Execute backups according to backup procedures using VEEAM backup software

Manage hardware-software inventory

Monitor and manage switchboards and phones, and provide reporting

Perform current upkeep, care, maintenance, and upgrades

JOIN US, if:

Have knowledge of Linux systems

Confidence working with Microsoft systems (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, GPO)

Have experience with IP networking, virtualization, backup systems, and server hardware

Excellent English language skills

Ability to work well under pressure and collaborate as part of a team

Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience (Juniors are also welcome )

Advantageous for the position:

Experience in MS SQL Servers and SCCM

Experience in Confluence, SharePoint, Jira administration
