We are currently looking for Swedish-speaking staff to join an exciting team that works for leading companies in several different industries. Your task is to be responsible for solving the customer’s inquiries and providing top-notch service. Are you the one we’re looking for?Main tasks
- Receive incoming user inquiries B2C (via phone/email, log call details in case management system and provide answers and resolution within SLA to the customer)
- Resolve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledge
- Support technical requests and manage incidents with the customer’s product, electric chargers for cars.
- Progress/Closure of Service Requests to a Satisfactory Conclusion on Call Management System
- Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress
- Monitor/progress all open questions in the queue
- Escalate potential service issues to the appropriate level
- Ensure Contractual SLAs Are Maintained
- Respond to all reasonable information asked by the assigned manager
- Achieve an excellent level of customer satisfaction

- Have good language skills in Swedish and English
- Excellent communication skills and skilled relationship builder
- IT knowledge is a big plus
- Works well in teams
- Have a positive attitude and are motivated by customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in a similar position is a big plus
