  • Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday – Friday from 09:00 to 18:00

What you’ll experience at our clientAs a Senior Account Manager in their team, you will:

  • You will take ownership of the business deal from start to finish, coordinating with the client and your colleagues – Solution Specialists and Senior Account Managers.
  • Together with a passionate team of sales professionals you will engage with high-profile clients and influential decision-makers.
  • Be the first contact point for many customers, deliver a strong first impression, cultivate and expand a portfolio of clients, leveraging your sales expertise
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to fulfil small and medium sized businesses needs of our client’s leading cloud technologies
  • Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers
  • Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business: “Voice of customer. ”

You’ll be a great match if you:

  • Are native or proficient in Swedish + Fluent in English.
  • Have 1-2 years’ experience in IT sales with a proven track record of success and/or sales account management or customer management experience
  • Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and Client Relationship Management systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.

It would be a plus if you:

  • Have experience working with or selling MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions
  • Have Microsoft Fundamentals certification on MS Azure, Modern Workplace and/or BizApps

What you’ll experience at our clientAs a Senior Account Manager in our team, you will:

  • Secure new customer wins for Cloud: Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Sales Agent, Solution Specialists, client sales teams and the channel partners.
  • Constantly research and educate self with the newest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing for both the client and competitor.
  • Drives alignment and teamwork within a team, department, or across organizational boundaries. Combines resources and joins efforts to achieve company-wide goals.
  • Tenaciously pursues positive outcomes, using effective approaches to solve problems. Delivers on commitments and seeks increasingly challenging work. Takes responsibility and holds others (such as Partner, TCM, Solution Specialist, Sales Agent) accountable for actions, decisions, and goals.
  • Effectively scopes problems. Builds and applies a job-relevant knowledge base. Makes decisions with conviction.
  • Engage with partners assigned to Opportunities to drive partner action to recommend the right solutions and close the deal. Provide support to partner as needed.
  • Actively monitor pipeline, collect feedback and update involved parties on closure, support close plan execution. Collaborate with local TCM on pipeline and partner introductions.
  • Surface customer wins for partner sell with evidence; surface partner capacity and capability needs and key Opportunities to Partner Management team to drive development and recruitment of new partners.
  • Control main performance indicators and run rates of pipeline: hand-off rate, close rate, velocity, customer and agreement retention, revenue recapture, consumption, etc.
  • Establishes a foundation for how technology and services can meet customer/partner needs. Uses a deep understanding of a customer/partner to effectively align the value proposition of the products, technology, and services to the customer’s/partner’s strategies and needs. Creates value through the sales cycle.

We’ll be a great match if you:

  • Are native or proficient in Danish + Fluent in English.
  • Possess 3-6+ years of technology related sales or business development experience; Experience working within a technical sales environment preferred. Experience working with partner ecosystem is preferred.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions preferred. Fundamentals certification required.
  • Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning.
  • Have experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communications solution designs, migrations and management of technology.
  • Possess Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
  • Take initiative to independently grow technical knowledge.
  • Are success-driven, work well in a diverse team and enjoy a dynamic and changing environment.
