Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionApplies intensive and diversified knowledge of software design and quality assurance standards, practices and implementation in complex systems and assignments. General responsibilities include team leadership of local or offshore software test teams across complex projects. Strategically oversees and drives program direction on functional testing, performance testing, test automation, cybersecurity, regression, and integration testing. Mentors and coaches team members regarding software quality assurance best practices and standards. Assists in the delivery of customer-centric features by facilitating and providing servant leadership to technical and non-technical peers.Your main responsibilities:
