Look no further!Kemin Industries is looking for a Sustainability Analyst for the EMENA Region.As a Sustainability Analyst, you will play a crucial role in advancing our corporate Net Zero strategy and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting product life cycle and impact assessments, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting projects that enhance sustainability across the EMENA organization.   • Collect and analyze quantitative data to ensure accurate product information.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for the accreditation of Life Cycle Assessments (LCA).
  • Provide scientifically sound sustainability insights to support the business.
  • Monitor consumer and legislative trends, translating them into actionable improvement initiatives.
  • Support customer-facing employees in effective communication on sustainability.
  • Educate and train employees on sustainability practices.
  • Support departments with key insights and action plans to achieve specific ESG goals.
  • Contribute to initiatives enhancing our impact calculation tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Passion for sustainability (first working experience is a nice-to-have, but passion is key).
  • Experience in applying sustainable practices in areas like R&D, procurement, operations, sales, or marketing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of environmental footprint methodologies (e.g., Science Based Targets) and LCA tools is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with a good understanding of Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of the organization.
