Are you a genuinely passionate and caring person invested in supporting young people and adults with special needs?A specialist day centre is looking for a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join one of their teams supporting young people with moderate and severe SEN and complex needs. This is a award winning independent Charity run setting looking to make a difference. They setting currently provides support to 45+ individuals who have a range of needs and disabilities but are united by a love of learning and education. Their mission is to help those young people and adults make life happen which is why your role as a support worker is vital. This role is needed on a full time, permanent basis starting ASAP. This role is needed all year round, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. A working day will entail supporting learners on a 1:1 basis with life skills, educational activities and work experience. Kind, nurturing and committed individual who is keen to support SEN learners
Experience working within the care sector ( desirable)
